India in a Bottle

Remember my 1delaPop project entry? That was my midterm requirement for Business Communication subject. Now, were talking about Final project. It was the product launching of Nasha Tea, concept: India in A Bottle.

Damn.. Wednesday presentation, tas Friday lang nadisseminate ang tasks. Shit. obviously much was left for our (LiaCom) execution, dahil may retreat yung mga Marketing classmates namin. Andaming aberya, pero we were able to pull it through!

In fairness, ANSARAP ng Nasha Tea, blueberry and Black Tea. Sarap talaga ah. Panget lang packaging. Imagine, pinabago ko mga ads non.. super needs improvement eh.

Gumawa ako ng TV ad, nako. Moviemaker lang. natamad ako gumawa from Adobe eh… nakakatawa, kasi kung sa Mass Comm mo ipapanood yung ad, malamang sobrang panget ng reaction nila, pero kanina, nung sa Commerce ko pinapanood…………

“Shocks, dats our TV ad? (with eyes gleaming with happiuess)”

“uh, yeah”

“Wow, good job! (sabay apir)

Ayos. Dali nila iplease! Wahaha.. Grabeh talaga, ngayon narerealize ko na ang Mass Comm ng St. Scho, parang mas Marketing…ewan, o simply mas madaming skills na nabuild sa Mass Comm na very relevant sa Marketing, like proper communication skills..

Anyway.. as usual okay parin yung presentation ni Nav (kanya yung product na Nasha Tea). She performed several yoga moves, ang cool nga eh. Kahit yung spiels nia.. gusto ko rin..para kang nanunuod ng instructional video.

Yung intermission number nakakatawa. Yung una, hay nako. Walang thrill… dalawang kim.. kim and kimmy ba yun (di ko kasi masyadong kilala mga classmates ko eh). Basta, walang thrill.. magaling pa ako gumiling eh.. hahaha…

Yung second intermission, ayos.. crush ko pa naman yung isa dun sa nagsayaw… hahaha… (toing….. .|. gets?).. ahmm, mind you.. Indian dances yung pinerform nila.. India=kama sutra? Haller?

Neways.. the food tasting was of course the best part of it all.. da best yung nasha tea. Akala ko lalasa yung blueberry.. astig, buti hindi, ang subtle lang ng lasa.. at ang sarap pag served chilled. In fairness refreshing talaga at talaga namang bago sa panlasa… haha.. mas masarap pa sa C2 pramis.. (trivia: alam nio ba na ang C2 napakataas ng caffeine? Kaya feeling mo may kick pag umiinom ka non, kasi nga nakakaboost ng energy, pero, pag sobra sa caffeine, walang tigil yung pagbilis ng beat ng heart mo na nakakasama na.. argh… kaya ako, nainom ako ng C2 kapag may projects at finals na, kasi, it keeps me awake ng magdamag. Phew! Ang habang trivia nito ah?)




Ayy.. may badtrip pa pala, hindi ba naman nalagay yung names naming LiaCom sa concept paper.. eh tae pala sila (or siya) eh?! Okay lang siya? Eto lang naman mga ginawa namin:

Television Ad, Print Ads, New Logo, Package Design, Documented the whole event, assisted sa setup, lumamon sa food tasting segment hihihii – Diane

Brochure, Registration – Pet

India-AVP, Benefits of Tea powerpoint, Technical Committee – Chiquee

Shot the commercial, Set Design, Registration – Hannadale

Eto malupit, si Bene nga mismo wala sa concept paper eh.. tanginang yan..

Comedy pa yung mga committee nila, as in di ko alam kung napakastupid nia, kasi consistent DL siya eh.. potek

May Accounting committee walo sila.. eh ni hindi ko alam anong ginawa non? May Tech obviously kelangan yon, production at Promotion/Sponsorship/Documentation. Nice ang vevague! Nakakainis.. napakasimple lang naman, tas ganito pa. hindi pa clear lahat ng delegations…argh! Ang bobobobo!!!! Seryoso…

Pwede namang ganito, after ng isang stage pwedeng shuffle na ulit, or ibang delegations naman.

Pre-production

Logistics – lahat ng kailangang gamit, reservations, etc (10 pax okay na siguro)

Food – of course product launch ito, waiters, ushers andito narin dapat (10)

Creatives– dito pwede na kaming 5 liacom (advertisements, AVPs) tas another 5 for promotional materials, brochures, flyers

Production

Set Design (14)

Technical/Documentation (6 tao kaya na yan, audio and video projector lang naman eh, tas isang still cam, isang video cam. tapos)

Food and Usherettes/Registration (10)

Post-production

Linis Committee-lahat ng pinagkainan

Baklas Committee-lahat ng hiniram na equipments, ibalik na

Documentation-icompile lahat ng nakuha

O diba? Simpleng simple………….oops, nakalimutan ko na ung iba pala nagperform, at host… hmmm teka..

Production

Edi yung iba sa set design, dapat sila na din yung host at performers……ang nangyari…..

2 host, 3 yoga performers, 4 na dancers = 9… naku, 4 nalang natira sa set design.. sa bagay, sa actual prod naman wala nang nagdedesign eh………

Ayon, yun ang nakita kong mali sa event namin. Lack of organization, kulang sa time din eh. Kung sana nakapagmeeting-meeting kami. Para coherent lahat at para maayos ang delegations ng task…

Para sa ibang walang pakialam, magpakamatay ka na.

At para sa ibang sinasalo lahat, nako, malapit ka na mamatay, kaya.. huy.. hinay-hinay lang.. sige ka iiksi buhay mo nian.. lalo pa’t hindi nabibigyan ng due credit yung mga taong talaga namang kumikilos.
