i would have to honestly say that I have been doubting my job as of the moment.. I do most of the time sales and client calls.. which is one of the tasks i hate in marketing.
i miss the events.. i miss media... i miss deadlines and creative writing and i miss school. :(
after long hours of consulting with friends and family members.. i am still confused what to do... Its like i am stuck in this blackhole with no air, no light, no nothing... thank god i have multiply/blogger/friendster which serves as an avenue for my close to big bang thoughts...

I am doubting my work now because of whatif...........
What if.......................... I stick with the plan of applying in a headhunter company.... and went for the multinational companies just i always planned....
What if.......................... I waited for the call of GMA Network, and fixed my requirements for Bangko SEntral ng Pilipinas and continued my weight loss program for Philippine Airlines?
What if..........................I continued my application in being a Web Content Writer where I was asked to submit my sample works..
What if..........................I show up in interview invitations of Cityland (that i received thru mail) and for another company for an account exec position....
These what if scenarios had been blocked before by the imagery of a better and promising future with my boss....
If you have read my other posts, you may perceive me to be 100% enjoying with my status but the truth is, after the unang sweldo... reality starts to bite me back....
Reality Check No1: Scenario with my dad:
Daddy: Ano kamusta trabaho mo?
Diane: Okay naman po (blah blah blah blahh.... after 3 minutes of explanation..)

Diane: Cyne, magkano ba sweldo mo jan?
Cyne: Ahmmm.. ung pinakamataas ko, inabot ng P25000 pero ung monthly mga P16000... kasi may mga allowances pa, rice subsidy, night differential...

i believe 1 month is too short to use as evidence in concluding that you're not good in sales after all, you're still in training may i suggest you give yourself 3 months then we can more convincingly conclude whether you're good in sales or not
yes, the whole training is 3months long i am currently under the "what if" scenario because i know there are more jobs where i can apply..
and that's why the training is 3 months even the best salesmen did not succeed overnight
well, you need to find out this early how good or not good you are in sales
i have been contacted by cityland.. another firm and a headhunt company... im soo confused...

i believe it will be to your best advantage to find out this early how good you could be at sales before you start applying in the other companies
he's very picky and he said that his focus is not on the business sense but towards buidling his image first.. as for me, how would my compensation increase if that's the POV of my own boss

that was Hayden Kho's official statement to the media today, May 21, when the press finally got hold of him.
all i can say to Hayden is: FUCK YOU ASSHOLE!
last week, i was able to watch the "Careless whisper" and "beautiful girls" vid of katrina halili and hayden kho. I was just buzzed about it because its all over the place. one blog i visited even had a poll asking if the vid was a "sex scandal"... obviously, its not.
you'll just see katrina in two piece gyrating to the rhythm of Careless Whisper a-la stripper sa Binibini KTV club in Baclaran while Hayden was singing his yagbols off...
in the other vid, you'll here Hayden ask Katrina: "Love mo ko?" and Katrina would innocently answer back, "Love.." with the slight pacute nguso on his face....
And then I heard it in the news again, there were actually more videos of Hayden Kho.. and this time it includes the actual fuck. (i call it fuck since Hayden called it "for fun" and it isnt love making if he admittedly told the whole world that he only loves Vicki Belo (kakataas ng balahibo sa batok).
And the victims:
She appeared in Lobo and Betty La Fea I think.
It was really sick watching the two. I swear, manhid ka pag sinabi mong pokpok si Katrina.. Kasi in both vids, you'll see Hayden manipulating the two. Hayden fixes the hidden camera, tries to conceal it and damn, manipulates these fine ladies.... Mind you, he is the one "servicing" the ladies, kaya ata nawawala sa sarili ang mga hitad eh...
I just find it hilarious to say to the whole nation that he took the vids "without malice"... is he serious? he made theese ladies make bukaka in front of the cameras to make sure he gets a great angle...daig pa niya ung ibang amateur vids na walang mag direct shots ng mga flowers ng mga chickas...
malupet tong si hayden. bangis mo pare. pati chest hair mo at kulot mong buhok, mabangis.
he also stated that he suspends his service as a doctor. as if it would help fixing the tarnished reputation of these ladies.
how could they pose for belo's website and put on a professional-its-just-for-work-face-so-lets-get-naked-and-get-this-over-with and then after the shoot, fuck each other and worst, video tape the whole act...
your sick hayden. go and kill yourself and have the devils of hell fuck you in your asshole until you die (the second time).

This is one of the taglines of Freeway... I recently visited their boutique and For Me boutique.. hoping to see something worth of my cash.... hehehe.. or should I say an item that would fit my budget that day... and an item where I can finally use my Belle de Jour discount coupons...
Unfortunately, i forgot to bring my coupons so I ended up buying in Freeway without discount (sayang!)
I decided to buy accessories instead to glam up my corporate look.. as Freeway says, there's no room for mediocrity...

two weeks came so fast.. i did not have the chance to blog about my first few experiences from work..
but i guess it doesn't matter anymore... what matters is..............
THE UNANG SWELDO.
I accepted the job even the offer was way below what I expected..
Why? Because Sir made me believe that he believes in me... may sense ba?
I cannot explain the feeling, but it was a confidence booster to be the first choice among other applicants....
Thank God I worked hard for the past two weeks and it paid off, i got an increase! I'll endure this for three months.. August would mark the end of my training... after that, I hope Sir would increase my salary again!
It felt great when Atty. Ann, my superior, handed me the check... I have been praying to have an increase and God did answer my prayer.. I wasnt expecting much though because I am still under training...
Yesterday, I received a letter from Cityland... It states that the school endorsed me blah blah blah blah and I was asked to visit their office for interview...
I was like.... what the hell... I am already employed and here are a few reasons why I have to pursue working in Templo & Templo....

The office is sooooo organized... everything is properly monitored, recorded and supervised... Imagine, all calls, mails and persons entering and leaving the office are recorded, all of our tasks are logged in a time sheet with 10 minute intervals (e.g. 9:00, 9:10, 9:20, 9:30) plus everyday, you have to accomplish a memo containing what have you accomplished for the day!
The operations of the firm is not perfect, but it is a good benchmark in terms of promoting hardwork and passion for what you do.....
When I leave this office, I am definitely sure I will do the same management in our company..(uhmmm.. minus some of the unprofessionalism lurking within the walls of the office)
Sales
I am actually doing fieldwork for the company, doing sales talk and company pitch... it was my least favorite in Marketing but I guess it what keeps any firm alive and kicking... Salespersons drive money in. That's about it.
I really have to learn from it because that would actually be my work for our rubber manufacturing company in the future....
Uhmmm.. still have to pratice my english verbal skills
Believe it or not I am not comfortable speaking in english.. or should i say whenever I get comfortable with people, i tend to speak more in tagalog... which is not preferred since we are a U.S. Immigration firm and my boss is U.S. Immigration Attorney..tsk tsk tsk.. have to.. have to practice... tsk!
So I guess that's about it...
